On FHIR-33559, FHIR-I voted to "Consider for future use", but the status is incorrectly stuck at "RESOLVED - CHANGE REQUIRED". How can I change the status to "DEFERRED"?

According to the history, @Mark Kramer, you changed the status from Deferred to "Resolved - Change Required" on Sept. 28. At the same time, you added the grouping "block-vote-0". The Jira gods demand to know how on earth you managed to do that, because it's not supposed to be allowed... :frowning:

I bet he used the "Adjust Grouping" workflow, which always sets the status to Resolved - Change Required.
