We need to decide on codes for each section of the exchange composition - we can think IHE and/or agency IHE - https://wiki.ihe.net/index.php/1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.3 ; Agency - is based on CDA sections for existing document types e.g. Shared Health Summary and Event Summarry
