Hi David, since January this year the the development of the Mapper is no longer a joint effort but an exclusive Healex effort. We shared the code and documentation updates with firely and it was included in their product. To my knowledge our April release is still part of their latest release. We at Healex do not by default provide a public endpoint. We only do that for connectathons. I'll check with the team whether we can reactivate the endpoint we used for the last connectathon and deploy the latest build.

@David Hay we have setup a public test end point based on the java fhir mapping language here: https://test.ahdis.ch/matchbox/fhir (see https://github.com/ahdis/matchbox/releases/tag/V1.4.0), if you are interested to connect clinfhir to it i would offer to help debug any issues ...
