I have a question concerning the use of embedded FHIR ConceptMaps:
Is it possible to refer to an embedded ConceptMap defined in another, imported .map-File? '#Name' does not seem to work in that case...

no that's not possible. The map is represented as a StructureMap, and if the ConceptMap is contained then it cannot be accessed from the outside. I would suggest you define the ConceptMap as an own resource and then refer to it in the map with the canonical url.
