Following up on https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-22110, which is currently waiting on input.
The preferred solution from my side would be to borrow the "^" symbol from FSH (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-shorthand/#fhir-shorthand-language-overview) while keeping string literals as they are defined now (single quotes). Would it make sense to restrict this to a certain set of elements of StructureMap or could you set any element? No direct need for a dedicated literal for codes, though if anyone else is thinks that it would improve the language, I would argue against it.

That would also mean that we could remove the "map" statement as it would be equivalent to "^url" and "^title"
