I am currently preparing a presentation on the FHIR Mapping Language and I would like to give an overview of
a) all currently available or emerging implementations of Mapping engines (I know of Firely/Healex's .NET implementation and the Java validator, are there more...?)
b) all projects currently publishing/planning to publish StructureMaps
c) all project currently publishing/planning to publish LogicalModels (I know of the C-CDA-IG, V2 refactored, CDA seems abandoned?)

a) a server based mapping engine based on the java reference implementation and hapi is in development here https://github.com/ahdis/matchbox/blob/master/matchbox-fml.md, a test instance is availabe (but not yet documented at test.ahdis.ch/r4)
b) we have in switzerland a project for converting between our IHE Pharm based CDA's and FHIR Documents (and back), the maps are in development here
c) the CDA Logical Model (which I think the C-CDA is building upon) is here: cda-core-2.0
