The description of the where and check condition on the source side of a transformation rule explicitly mention that the FHIRPath statement is evaluated against the context: "check [condition]: a FHIRPath expression that is evaluated to boolean on the context.". That sentence is missing in the description of the default value. Given that the default value statement can also be more than a literal, what's its evaluation context? Also the rule context, or should it be evaluated without any context?
