I have sent a couple of requests too Nikolai for CDex Payer sandbox access, but still have not received a response. I would like to use the tool for CDEX and possibly PCDE Payer access too

yes. Christol.green@anthem.com is in the user list for CDEX provider. I added the email in CDEX payer too.
