Why is the PDex Provenance profile not built on top of the US Core Provenance profile?
Is that because PDex profile was defined way before the US Core one or for some other reason?

OK, I see it's based on the US Core Provenance now, but why .recorded, .agent are relaxed, i.e., no MS flag?
In my understanding you can add constrains to the derived profile but cannot relax it comparing to the base profile.
