There could be 1 provenance statement, but many many many VerificationResults as the verification process dictates, 6 monthly checks, and what was done

I really like the clarification David wrote on his blog article. @David Hay can you craft a CR to update the FHIR spec to make the FHRI spec more clear between the two?
