SDWG would like to form a short term task force to review the FHIR Composition/Clinical Document Extensions and perform an analysis with respect to
Composition? = Whether the extension belongs as a native property on the Composition resource
ClinicalDocument? = Whether the extension should be moved as an extension on the ClinicalDocument profile
