I am curious if anyone is aligning the Primary, Secondary, etc Diagnosis (using PriorityCode) when they create Encounters that have entryRelationship Diagnoses (observations)?

not directly related to C-CDA: In Germany we use entryRelationship between primary and secondary, but I don’t see PriorityCode in our IG.

I feel that PriorityCode would address the sequence if there are more than one primary (or secondary) diagnoses.
