Hi all - the template goddess, yes Lisa Nelson, pointed me to the CCDA Occupational Data for Health Supplemental Guide which allows an observation (http://www.hl7.org/documentcenter/public_temp_4404AE3C-1C23-BA17-0C9E46DF1A5D5D49/ballots/2018JAN/downloads/CDAR2_IG_CCDA_ODH_R1_D1_2018JAN.pdf Section 3.8 (balloted but I guess not published). Is anyone using that template? Are you reporting Veteran status or military service in another way? ThanQ

The C-CDA R2.1 Supplemental Guide has some interesting templates defined that may be helpful to know about. The new and improved Social History Section it defines allows all these additional templates to be used in the Social History Section. Check them out: 3.1 Combat Zone Period Observation 29
