Hi All, Is there any mapping document to map sections from C-CDA to CQM? I am currently looking to get Assessment Performed from C-CDA. I was planning to use "Plan of Assessment" section but those are not Performed. Do you have any suggestion on where should I be getting Assessment Performed from C-CDA?

Hi Kurt. We recently created an example for recording that a depression screening assessment was done. We agreed to record assessments in a related section for the associated type of assessment, or the most general Assessments Section, or if no better place is available to use the Results Section. We also agreed to use the Assessment Scale Observation template for recording the assessment information. Recording the results implies the assessment was done.
