Is there going to be a mapping document between CDA elements and Quality Measure elements?
When an element is required by QM but it is not supported by CDA IG, will CDA IG be updated accordingly?

Ozlem, Don't you think QRDA provides that mapping? Volume 1 in QRDA includes an appendix where the QRDA templates are mapped to the C-CDA templates. Is that what you are looking for?

Thanks Lisa for the quick response. I though the QRDA spec had only template mapping but not element mapping s like FHIR does.
Lisa, on the call, it is mentioned that Clinical Notes section needs to be populated. I am pretty sure you have mentioned about it way before but I am not able to find the specs specific to Clinical Notes section. Do you mind guiding me on that again?
