Topic: Drug Class for Allergy Groups (USCDI)

The USCDI says that allergy groups should be represented in C-CDA with SNOMED Drug Classes from this value set 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1114.14. It is supposed to be a sub set of the Substance Reactant for Intolerance value set (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1010.1) but it isn't. How are other vendors handling this issue? Thanks!

2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1010.1 is a grouping value set which includes 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1010.1 -- where are you running into an problem?

My only guess is you may be looking at a prior version of the value set!
