Can you help confirm the workflow for acquiring CCDA documents using FHIR queries? We expected the following to work-
Search for all Document Reference by patient MRN
Identify the CCD document
Get the document by DocumentReference ID
Trying to determine if Cerner is not supporting CCDA in their development environment or if we are approaching this in the wrong way.
