We noticed that the Observation tests require the dataAbsentReason as must support. image.png
We do not send observations where there is no value, so we find it difficult to add this must support requirement.
We were wondering the significance of this requirement? Any suggestion on implementing this requirement?

The fix that Eric Hass mentioned (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-30685) is resolved on US Core 3.2.0. Inferno US Core test cases will be updated after US Core 3.2.0 is released

Just to elaborate on the above, the change for US Core 3.2.0 applies to both labs (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/StructureDefinition-us-core-observation-lab.html) and vital signs (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/StructureDefinition-us-core-vital-signs.html). It indicates that "*Systems that never provide an observation without a value are not required to support Observation.dataAbsentReason."
