Can I use the local running instance of Inferno (community & program edition) in containers to test production server containing PHI? The documentation is not very clear on this. The program edition says not to use it for testing data with PHI, but looks like that is for the online version, but the same warning shows up for the local container as well, hence wanted to confirm.
