We have Observation data with DataAbsentReason, but this does not pass. Please see Observation data. AllObservation.txt
All the tests in Single Patient API passes, but not this.
Could you please tell me what is missing here which marks this incomplete?

USCDAR-01 is about "DataAbsentReason extension" so Observation.dataAbsentReason element does not count.

@Yunwei Wang , I have tried populating all kinds of data-absent-reason for this case but I cannot pass this test. Could you please provide me an example resource so as to pass this test?

That is a very common question. Inferno follows USCore Missing Data guidance.

We managed to pass this test, there was one Condition resource missing with 'DataAbsentReason'.
