Hello,
We are having query regarding the elements under medicationRequest.reported[x]...!!! The guidelines says that server needs to support at least one of MedicationRequest.reportedBoolean or MedicationRequest.reportedReference. When we execute the inferno tests under Inferno reference server then in MedicationRequest Profile, we don't find this elements for the sample data.
Are we missing onto any logic or Implementation guide related to this elements..? Please suggest and help to clarify the confusion about do we really required to support it.

reportedBoolean is present in MedicationRequest 789.

@Stephen MacVicar : I'm really sorry actually raised the query in different way from myside, I didn't mean where it is used in Inferno Sample Data test execution, the main reason asking was to clarify and understand that is there any specific logic for it to be used though it is must support element. Example: This element is used in MedicationRequest 789 and not in all the MedicationRequest Reponses, this is what need to understand in my query..? Please guide.

Inferno has to see at least one instance of every Must Support field.
