Hello,
What are the acceptable characters for references in the fhir resources?
We had underscores but it seems to be failing inferno validation. Can we use period instead like in the sample below?

Here is the definition definition for id data type [A-Za-z0-9\-\.]{1,64} (http://hl7.org/fhir/datatypes.html#id). Yes underscore is not a valid character for id data type.
