Can anyone help me understand the EHR Practitioner test in Inferno, As our FHIR Server and use cases are pertaining to only payers and patient Access APi to start with how do i pass this test? as there is no scope of EHR

We use the term 'EHR Practitioner Launch' somewhat colloquially, because that is generally how it is used. But technically it is about allowing 3rd party apps to extend your application, and be accessed seamlessly within normal use of your application (launched and then given credentials to access data that user has access to through the US Core API). Setting aside the terms 'EHR' and 'Practitioner', does doing that make sense for your application?

I don't know how well the Program Edition will fit your needs for testing CMS Patient Access API requirements. There is some overlap, but I don't think CMS Patient Access requires the part of the ONC Cures certification that relate to the provider/practitioner or bulk data access.

Inferno does not have an opinion on how it is launched from an EHR, so you can do it however it makes sense for your system.
