What are the appropriate resources to use for representing Drug to Drug Interactions and Drug Contraindications in R5? The MedicinalProductInteraction and MedicinalProductContraindication resources are no longer there.

Those moved into ClinicalUseIssue (for the definitional side of things). The 'event' side of things has always been DetectedIssue.
