Any thoughts on the warning:
The jira specification file appears to be out of date with the versions, artifacts and pages currently defined in the IG. A proposed revised file to be reviewed and, if appropriate, submitted as a pull request against the XML folder in https://github.com/HL7/JIRA-Spec-Artifacts. To see the differences, perform a file compare on 'template/jiraspec.tmp.xml' (currently in Github) and 'jira.xml' (reflects current IG content)?

Take a look at the difference between the proposed file and the current one and make changes as appropriate. If the differences aren't changes you want to make, you can suppress with rationale

How do we feel about the warnings (not errors) all of our value[x] components with bound valuesets are throwing:

seems to be happening on every LOINC list and that's it... better than an error :)

Yes there were migrated to warnings. tx.fhir.org doesn't know all Loinc ALs thats why the errror is thrown.

It doesn’t know ANY of ours? Or maybe we have some that are ok and some that producing warnings?

Updating the page titles moved us away from our jira-spec.xml so will have to update that again to remove the new warning once things have calmed down post reconciliation.
