RE: the new Variant profile - It looks like the Sequencing page diagram still shows everything. Do you plan to update the diagram as well?

Yeah I can redo the diagram with just Variant but it may be more meaningful to draft some other content to go here

Yea, fair point - To your comment, perhaps it will make sense to show Genotype and Haplotype on that diagram as well. But yes, we likely need some additional content for the page.

Anybody know how to address the new errors when providing HL7 codings? obs-base.category has (untouched) Required Pattern: {"coding":[{"system":"http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/observation-category","code":"laboratory"}]} which seems to be compiling to http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/null#laboratory

Nope. @Grahame Grieve has been doing some things with links and fixed values, so it's possible that he might have accidentally broken something.
