Fixes include
- improved logging
- fixed persistent timestamp bug that failed to load the saved timestamp from the last GET request to the server
- fixed a query that inadvertently selected coded messages for resend
- updated the resend interval to 4 hours (more appropriate interval for testing against the development server)
