Although the IG specifies that VRDR-Death-Location has an optional extension for specifying the Location-Jurisdiction-Id, this extension and the contained jurisdiction ID is required for successful processing of your submissions.

@Saul Kravitz I updated the VRDR-Death_Location resource to require a jurisdiction ID (i.e., cardinality (1..1)). However, I have been unsuccessful in creating a valid instance example. Do you have one that you can share with me? TIA
