Sorry to backtrack, but NH needs a link or information about the NCHS connection (endpoint URL, Request/Response formats, FHIR Profiling, etc...). We are using a custom C# application to mimic an EDRS. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delayed response John. The information for the NCHS connection will be utilizing STEVE/PHIN-MS using the latest FHIR IG: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/vrdr/2019May/.
