for manner of death.
But didnt find code for "Therapeutic Complication" . What should be code for this manner of death ?

Hi @Wesley - This is really a question for the IG author @AbdulMalik Shakir . In the interest of time, I'll make a suggestion.
The options here are Natural, Accident, Suicide, Homicide, pending Investigation, or Could not be determined.
I would suggest Natural. The IG should contain more narrative information on how to use the codes in this value set, covering cases like the one you are asking about. * @Jenny Couse
