Utah does not collect Injury Zip. Canary is expecting Injury Zip as part of Injury Location Description Capture1.JPG

Hi @valli chidambaram As long as the values align with the expected behavior of your system (not collecting zip codes) and you can account for the issues reported by canary then you can ignore the error.
