@Eric Trinh (Genesis) If by "Certifier type" you mean item 47. TITLE OF CERTIFIER, that is intended to be conveyed using FHIR Practitioner qualification.code element in the VRDR Certifier profile.

@Eric Trinh (Genesis) I see that you are referring to item 45 on the death certificate. This is indeed missing from the VRDR FHIR guide and will need to be added. Attached is a complete mapping of elements in the VRDR FHIR guide to the death certificate, DAM, and SDR. item 45 - certifier role, is the only element not currently included in the guide.
