New Hampshire does not utilize FuneralHomeAddress & DispositionLocationAddress STREET. Only collect CITY, STATE, ZIP on these addresses. Excuse that it was reported as CERT Street, it is not. We mentioned on a meeting and AbdulMalik Shakir and Alaina wanted me to bring it up as Cardinality may be adjusted.

@Catherine Cheney I received your email earlier today asking that Certifier.address be made optional (min=0). Are you now asking for FuneralHome.address to be made optional too? The street portion of the address dattype is optional so I assume no change is needed for DispositionLocation.address. Is that correct?
