We have upper case values for data. Getting errors on Causes of Death where the Immediate Cause is looking for “Congestive heart failure” and Underlying Cause is “breast cancer” for instance as our values are in upper case.

We're still tracking this, but will not address this for Connectathon; for now, manually ignoring those errors makes sense
