I'm soon going to add the ballot categories for the 2018-Sep ballots. As a reminder no-one should be changing the ballot category of any submitted ballot. You can freely change the specification and other information if it was clearly categorized in error. However, if there's an error in the ballot category, you need to talk to myself or Grahame. The only gForge items that are allowed to have ballot categories are those that came from ballot spreadsheets posted to the ballot desktop that have been imported by the automated process.

Note that each work group is responsible for cleaning and triaging the results for their IG ballots so that Josh can load them into gForge. All FHIR-associated ballot content MUST be loaded into gForge. Can you please let me know if you're going to take on coordination for one of these specifications:
BSeR ???
Breast Cancer ???
CRD Lloyd
DEQM Eric
ECRCR ???
IPS Brian Postlethwaite
LIVD Eric
PRO Lloyd
PoCD ???
PDDI ???
SDC Lloyd
VHD Brian Postlethwaite
CRN Lloyd
ODH ???
FHIRPath Lloyd

Instructions are here: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/HL7/Process+for+Importing+Ballot+Spreadsheets+to+gForge

view this post on Zulip Rob Hausam (Sep 25 2018 at 16:48):

I think I'm the most directly involved in IPS and LIVD - so I would be happy to take one or both of them (or can leave them to Brian and Eric if they prefer)
if needed, I could also volunteer to do ODH

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Sep 25 2018 at 17:43):

Lloyd, I was planning on taking FHIRPath if that helps

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 25 2018 at 17:46):

@Bryn Rhodes Sure. @Rob Hausam You can take all of those until/unless someone wants to arm-wrestle you for them

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 25 2018 at 19:32):

@Brian Postlethwaite let me know if you want me to take on VHDIR too.

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 25 2018 at 19:34):

@Rob Hausam yes can you do LIVD?

view this post on Zulip Rob Hausam (Sep 25 2018 at 19:43):

yes, I'll do LIVD

NOTE: I corrected step 7 of the confluence page. The ballot column isn't supposed to list the Ballot (you tell Josh that when you give him the spreadsheet). The ballot column should contain the Specification. (And if someone has balloted against the wrong spec, you can change the specification if it's not a negative against a normative candidate. E.g. for votes against an IG, you might indicate that some issues are against the IG while others are against a base IG or FHIR Core.)

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 26 2018 at 16:05):

.... so for example...for the DEQM Spreadsheet I put in 2018-Sep DEQM in the ballot column but it should be US Da Vinci DEQM It would be helpful to link to an example cleaned up row for an ig if you have one handy.

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 26 2018 at 16:09):

also for Tracker# is it:

I have seen it entered all three ways.

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 26 2018 at 16:10):

The third way by Josh which makes me wonder if that is the right way...

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 26 2018 at 16:10):

Yes, that's wrong. It should be "US Da Vinci DEQM".

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 26 2018 at 16:10):

I've committed the initial cleaned versions of a few of the specs in the HL7 documents git repository (under ballots)

I've created a Google spreadsheet to manage the process. Please fill in the priority column and add your CSV to Git and update the spreadsheet when you're ready to have stuff imported. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iTS6lmX9E8BvbVbRoAaHjATjH0YHxm7oIxz9Oql46HU

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 26 2018 at 18:15):

Everyone should have received a link to the spreadsheet - if not, holler.

@Brian Postlethwaite I am working on VHDR ballot now....

view this post on Zulip Brian Postlethwaite (Sep 26 2018 at 21:43):

Thanks Eric, I'm only just here, and will be preparing for tomorrow, and sleeping (best I can anyway)

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Sep 26 2018 at 21:45):

@Brian Postlethwaite Good I'll prep it and get it all uploaded and get the build working again.

Anyone want to do Electronic Case Report? Laura (the lead) is out on sick leave.

couple of other edits to the instructions.

  • the headers contain line feeds or carriage returns '\n' and Lloyd told me to remove. maybe the macro could do that but in the meantime that is a step too.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Sep 27 2018 at 04:02):

Okay, I have a csv for FHIRPath, but I don't have access to that documents repository so I can't push it.

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 27 2018 at 04:05):

You should have access now

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 27 2018 at 04:06):

Others can either ask for access or email to me and I'll commit. (Bryn, please commit the spreadsheet alongside the others too so it's handy for building the reconciliation sheet when we're done.)

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Sep 27 2018 at 04:08):

Done, and I committed the spreadsheet too.

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Sep 27 2018 at 04:08):

And I removed the BOM (thanks Visual Studio)

view this post on Zulip Bryn Rhodes (Sep 27 2018 at 04:09):

To verify, newlines are okay in the content, just not the headers, right?

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 27 2018 at 04:10):

Right

view this post on Zulip Laura Conn (Sep 27 2018 at 20:29):

Lloyd - I will still do eCR.

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Sep 27 2018 at 22:47):

Thanks Laura

view this post on Zulip Jean Duteau (Sep 28 2018 at 01:22):

Hi ho! I need access to the repository so that I can push the CRD material.
