We've had tooling issues with simultaneously building the fhir, kindling and org.hl7.fhir.core repos in concert in Eclipse that have slowed down my remaining updates to ConceptMap. Mark Iantorno was assisting but also has other priorities. I'm going to work on it again tonight and hopefully can get the changes submitted.
