@Grahame Grieve, what is the updated timeline from here for closing out the R4 release.
I know there is a lot of activity going on with the R3-R4 Maps, and wanted to get the PA QA changes applied today.
What are the new dates for finishing things off, and have all the substantive changes that we're expecting been applied?
(wanting to also do another cut of the dotnet libs - before the final close is done)
Last date I knew of was 2018-12-02: FHIR core and FHIR IGs are all locked.

This section at the bottom might want a little updating, I think we're a little further along than this, but not critical
(one of the QA reviewers had some grammar suggestions, but I think it needs more than that)
