Topic: pull request checks not completed

Is there any reason why the checks on pull request #402 wouldn't have completed (after over 5 hours!)? Of course we're in a freeze, but I wouldn't expect the pull request itself to not go through the checks as normal. @Josh Mandel @Grahame Grieve?
