I just re-triggered the build (which succeeded the first time, but presumably GH was down when the notification arrived?)

Yeah, I reviewed Grahame's PR, but my comments disappeared. I'll wait until they say "Go" again. Never seen this happen before :-(

GH is back to (almost?) normal; we can try re-triggering our pending builds. I'll kick this off.
