Topic: Build fails

Build was working when last used before Christmas. Now fails with:
C:\Live\HL7\GitHub\fhir\build.xml:59: Can't get http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ivy/ivy/2.4.0/ivy-2.4.0.jar to C:\Live\HL7\GitHub\fhir\ivy\ivy.jar
Any ideas? Is this a DNS fail or is the ivy jar not there any more?

Maven requires https now.
