Yeah, two builds died (since agent-01 and agent-02 are on the same VM) and I restarted both.

Hmm, so you're saying the build vm died and then came back to life on its own? That's even more interesting.

don't know - all I know is that the build didn't complete, and then the next one did

OK. Be on the lookout for "lost communication with the server" messages; these things never happen just once :-)
