Topic: Potential Adverse Events

Would like to get some examples of the "potential / avoided" adverse events mentioned in the FHIR resource definition. Does anyone have examples of this? The only one that came to mind was an unintentional dosage mistake (e.g., took 2 pills that day rather than 1) where no effects were seen.
