Hi - trying to comment last minute (as usual) . I am a little confused by the ballot rule statement, "The specification has been updated to include R3/R4 maps and difference analysis, but these have not been updated" " as to whether or not I can rely on the AR and AB links to let me look only at the changes - if not, then how do I know what the commentable changes are?

the commentable changes are the differences between this ballot and the last ballot, not between R4 and R3.
