Hi all,
I am starting to compose some questions from the National Childrens Digital Health Collaborative as we work on building out FHIR based information models. I will be posting details on the HL7 Australia Child Health Working Group Confluence page, however will post a summary of each question here.

The NCDHC solution will involve a set of discrete health interactions that each represent a relevant interaction that may form part of a larger clinical interaction/encounter. (there may be multiple health interactions invoked within a single clinical encounter for example undertaking a child health assement and updating family history are two discrete NCDHC health interactions that may both be performed in a single clinical encounter). What Method should be used to group the different elements / resources that make up a health interaction in a single logical group and indicate the type of health interaction they relate to?
