Is there an automated way to determine conformance with the IG? We're likely using Crucible for our testing, which verifies the FHIR Server using the Capability Statement. Will it also determine if it is in conformance with the IG, e.g. in what must be searched, profiles that must be supported, etc.?

Inferno has a generator which can generate tests based on IG's capabilityStatement. Here is the github repo: https://github.com/onc-healthit/inferno. You can jump to #inferno stream for any questions.
