Topic: Gaps In Care DetectedIssue Diabetes Use Case

I'm looking at implementing sharing open care gaps using this IG, http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-deqm/branches/gic-branch/gaps-examples.html. The issue I encountered is for Comprehensive Diabetes Care Measure ,https://www.ncqa.org/hedis/measures/comprehensive-diabetes-care/, there are sub-measures criteria for that. I'd like to indicate in DetectedIssue that the patient needs eye exam or blood test based on measure report. My best option is to use ServiceRequest in 'contained' to indicate it. The other option would be to reference a specific group in Measure but there is no official published Measure for Comprehensive Diabetes Care yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks @Yan Heras for your response. I will definitely join the call tomorrow to describe my use case. I just reviewed the updated DetectedIssue profile but still not sure it can support the use case I am trying to address.
