I'm trying to better understand some of the scenario steps for the Da Vinci HIMSS 2020 demo. Two questions:

1) There's a series of CRD/DTR/PAS scenario steps (2h, 4e, 7a) in which the EHR/CPOE triggers a CDS Hook and displays a card. For each of these, the following step is a Payer exposing a ClaimResponse resource (per the Aegis TestScript). Must the EHR query for this ClaimResponse to satisfy this scenario?

2) There's a couple of SMART app launch scenario steps (2b/2d, 3a). Is the requirement here for the EHR limited to launching the SMART app?
