Bryn asked for review of the IG for DaVinci re CMS130.
Looks good - only a few minor suggestions. Attached as .xls
I have chased this one in the EHR world for 15+ years in group setting including 6+ years managing our group CPCI / CPC+ effort.
I did find it helpful to be able to track performance by PCP. That is, if patient saw 3 docs in office during the year, it was the PCP that I would target since other docs were usually covering a walk-in or off-hours visit with less time available. Being able to track individual provider performance on their own panel performance was a pathway to improvement.
CMS130 is an example that reflects need for ICD9/10, CPT/HCPCS due to 10 year tail. Thanks. /pm
