Your "hello world" scenario includes requiring that the CDS Hooks client's FHIR server support the FHIR Coverage resource. Is that completely necessary for an MVP?

I suppose we could leave that out. It looks like the request resource profiles have insurance as 0..*, so the MVP might not need them. Perhaps we can discuss this on the call today.
