Topic: import error with SNOMED CT AU
Rob Hausam (Jan 21 2020 at 14:52):
I started working yesterday on updating tx.fhir.org to the latest 20191231 SNOMED CT AU edition. The import process made it through a good portion of the "building closure table" phase and seemed to be fairly close to completion, but then ended with this. I'm planning to look into the error further today. If anyone has any thoughts on it, let me know.

Further detail: I watched the import process again closely, and the I/O error occurs immediately after entering the "Importing Reference Sets" phase. That should help to narrow down the issue.

I'll look at the AU edition refsets in this latest release and see if I can spot what is causing this glitch - the concrete domains reference sets certainly come to mind, and at the moment I would expect are the most likely culprit.

duh that's a debugging statement I forgot to take out. Will do a new release
Rob Hausam (Jan 21 2020 at 18:58):
ok - I guess that would explain it! :)
